Breakfast Cookies

OH MY GOODNESS! These breakfast cookies are so yummy and so easy to make.

The kids love them and so do Mom and Dad. Protein rich, ample fiber, potassium, vitamin c and a quick boost of carbohydrate energy!

Grab a nice big bowl.

3 ripe Bananas, mashed

1 cup of Nut Butter. I used peanut butter

1 1/4 cups of Rolled Oats

1/2 cup of Dried Cranberries

1 cup of Golden Raisins

1/8 cup of Whole Millet (leave it out if you don't have it. No biggie)

1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla

1 1/2 cups of Chips. I used bittersweet chocolate and vanilla. Butterscotch tastes great as well and gives the cookies a beautiful golden hue.

Lightly grease your baking sheet with butter or coconut oil

Drop the cookies onto the tray with a soup spoon and then mold them into little mounds

Bake at 350 for 12 - 14 minutes

Let them cool and then EAT them up
